Our Company Has Increased Revenue, Close Ratios, and Quality of Sales
I am a Sandler Training bounce back. I was a client beforehand, so I knew the value of it. I initially attended Sales Mastery (President’s Club) with Sandler Training in Chattanooga years ago. I then joined their Strategic Management & Leadership sessions. My main reason for choosing to re-engage with Sandler Training was to have a sales process we could replicate.
Success and growth for us means adding sales team members and having a process so my sales force and I are all speaking the same language. I have been adding to my Sales Playbook with lessons from every class. This has made it fun for me to continue to hone my skills and show that I am dedicated to continual improvement as a role model for our team.
Utilizing Sandler Training our company realized a 45% increase in revenue, increased close ratios, higher quality of sales, and mutually beneficial client partnerships. We’ve learned a sales process and understand how to have conversations with prospects and clients to uncover how I can truly help them—finding out if they are personally committed to fixing the issues or if it is not a big deal. I have saved a lot of time and created stronger relationships.
Sandler has taught me that everything needs a system – how you recruit and hire people, how you deal with people, how you create a performance improvement plan, how to hold people accountable, how to create a culture that drives motivation and retention. Sandler Training helped me reduce turnover. I don’t even want to think about what that was costing me! We now have good, solid employees that are engaged within our culture.
The interaction in classes is so helpful because you can get feedback on what happened, where it went wrong and what you can do differently next time. We have experienced a lot of referrals from Sales Mastery and Strategic Management and Leadership class mates. There is a big comfort level when introducing each other because we know the interaction will be handled professionally and they will look out for the best interest of our connections. If there is a good fit and we can help, that is great; if not, that is okay too.
