Melissa Gratias

In March 2015 Dr. Gratias joined the Executive Team at Sandler Training where she coached, trained and consulted with clients to help them be more organized and productive at work. Dr. Melissa Gratias, has moved to Savannah, GA where she will continue partnering with our team to aid clients in her areas of specialty. 

Dr. Gratias has been an HR Executive for two large financial services companies, a professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a researcher at the Center for Creative Leadership.  She carries her results-oriented drive to her leadership roles with Executive Women International, American Heart Association, her church and other civic organizations.
