Reggie brings more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry ranging from sales, operations, human resources, and training & development.
During his career, he worked most recently for Vision Hospitality as Senior VP of Operations developing and implementing their world class hospitality training program “Vision University”. He has operated directly with and as a franchise partner with Marriott, Hilton and IHG hotel groups.
He received the highest recognition available with Marriott International, receiving the JW Marriott Award of Excellence for his impact on culture and leadership while working with Marriott’s select service brands in training & development.
He has been recognized with numerous operational awards for excelling in guest & associate satisfaction, achieving market share growth and consistently exceeding top line and profit goals throughout his career.
He is a certified facilitator by the Franklin Covey organization on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and First Things First programs, as well as a certified facilitator in MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator).
He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a double minor in Accounting & Finance and Hotel Restaurant Management from Concord University.
Piercy is an active board member of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, the Chattanooga Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, Chattanooga State Foundation, United Way of Greater Chattanooga, and the University of Tennessee Chattanooga’s Program Advisory Board in Data Analytics. He is also a member of Rotary International.
