Prior to joining Sandler Training, Mr. Nausley served for 15 years as the president of the Chattanooga Times Free Press. His practical knowledge of running a corporation is extremely valuable as he works with clients to grow their businesses.
Reggie brings more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry ranging from sales, operations, human resources, and training & development. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a double minor in Accounting & Finance and Hotel Restaurant Management from Concord University. Reggie is passionate about an ‘inside-out’ approach to leadership, culture, the customer experience, team development, accountability, problem solving, and sales & negotiations.
Wade Rowan has over 30 years of experience in sales, management, leadership, and training. He knows and understands the importance of maintaining both profitable sales while offering the highest level of customer service to each and every client. He is an experienced and gifted speaker, teacher and coach who has a passion for creative thinking, positive development, encouragement and growth.
Shiloh was born and raised on a farm outside of Claude, Texas. She moved to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech University, where she earned her degree in Business Management. While attending college, Shiloh worked for Dynamic Outdoor Media as a bookkeeper and assistant to the owners. Upon graduation, Ms. Heck joined the Business Services department at the accounting firm of Howard, Cunningham, Houchin & Turner, L.L.P. Though it was a good experience, Shiloh determined she wanted to be an Executive Assistant. She enjoys lending a helping hand wherever needed and keeping things organized. In her free time, Shiloh enjoys spending time with her family (including 10 nieces and nephews) and friends, church community, traveling and being active.
