He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a double minor in Accounting & Finance and Hotel Restaurant Management from Concord University. Reggie is passionate about an ‘inside-out’ approach to leadership, culture, the customer experience, team development, accountability, problem solving, and sales & negotiations.

He is an experienced and gifted speaker, teacher and coach who has a passion for creative thinking, positive development, encouragement and growth.
Olivier LeMaitre has over 30 years of experience in business management and leadership. He is a highly accomplished executive with a proven track record of achieving results and problem-solving. Olivier’s experience as a business executive gives him a unique advantage in understanding the reality of today’s management challenges. His international background from working many years in Europe gives him a greater perspective of the complexity of our global economy. Olivier is also passionate about Management & Leadership. He believes that people are truly the most important resources in any company and that training, developing, coaching, and mentoring employees are crucial in growing a business.
Amanda is Sandler Training Chattanooga's Client Manager, Marketing Coordinator & Executive Support. Born in Chattanooga, raised in Savannah, GA, Amanda’s love of the mountains and sweet southern drawls led her back to Chattanooga after having lived in Bermuda since 2001.
Dr. Melissa Gratias has a Ph.D.in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech. In 2007 she founded MBG Organizing Solutions, consulting one-on-one with hundreds of executives to improve their personal effectiveness and leadership skills, and led thousands through training courses designed to bring practical time management and personal organization solutions to complex business situations.
